We have the cutest little beer burros! A beer burro is a miniature donkey which is about 32-33 inches tall. They are very gentle and have the sweetest faces and silly personalities. They are sure to bring a smile to your guests and make your special day even more amazing! They are the perfect addition for weddings, engagement parties, anniversary parties, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, birthday parties or any other event.
The burros wear a saddle pack cooler which is filled with your choices of beverages or snacks supplied by you. They can carry everything from water bottles, beer, wine, champagne, even snacks and marketing materials. The options are endless. They never carry more than 45 pounds.
We make sure they come to you bathed and dressed to fit your wedding or event-we will coordinate with you in the options available. They can wear flowers to coordinate with your bouquets at your expense.
The burros are also very discreet. They carry a "bag" under their tail so if the need arises (which rarely happens) they are able to do it in a discreet way.
We do do not sell alcohol. The client or the venue provides the beverages and the adorable furry bartenders serve it. We will allow your bartenders to stock the coolers/baskets and come back to the bartenders for refills. No need for the bartenders to follow us around-the guests are expected to serve themselves. However, our handlers are TABC certified.
The burros will arrive 30 minutes prior to the event with 2 handlers to assist the beverage serves, photo ops, etc.
***starting packages for 2 burros/2 hours -$500 within a 30 mile radius of Lubbock. A travel fee may apply after 30 miles. Final prices vary depending on location, how many hours, and number of burros.
***Deposit - 50% due upon reservation and is non-refundable. Full payment is due 30 days prior to event and is non-refundable.
